We booked a twin room, it was new, fashioned. This location was quiet and nice, very close to a suburb , Monte San Francisco, about 3 km outside Castro Marim. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Guest House Sabores Da Beira. the twin room we booked had a modern touch, and the location was peaceful and conveniently close to the suburb of Monte San Francisco, around 3 km from Castro Marim. We also enjoyed the short 10, 15 minute walk to Klemm's Smoke Haus, where we dined a few times.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and comfortable area. It is very close to a big restaurant, a suburb, and the highway entrance. the room was fairly quiet and well-equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. the presence of bathtubs in the bathroom was a nice touch.

I really enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the hotel's decoration, especially the traditional Portuguese elements that gave it a charming touch. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to the rooms and comfortable seating in the common areas.
My only concern was that the staff, particularly the young ones working there, could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if they had offered assistance with luggage or provided clearer directions to the rooms.

Great value for money with clean and modern rooms, including a balcony. The location was peaceful with beautiful rural views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could be improved with the addition of tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

I had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the rooms were clean and functional, with all the necessary amenities like a fridge and a cupboard. the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with fresh orange juice, toast, rolls, and a plate of ham and cheese. the staff was absolutely lovely, making our stay even more special.
The location of the hotel was a bit outside of town, but it offered a peaceful and rural view. the entrance to the rooms was a bit rough, with a path around the back of the hotel.

Enjoyed the delicious à la carte breakfast from the restaurant and the free WiFi on the patio. Also had fun exploring the nearby areas with hiking and cycling.
Loved the fungus-infested air conditioner and unstable beds. Plastic glasses were fabulous, no replacements were needed.
